  • How do I book an experience?

    Simply choose your experience, select your preferred date (if required), and complete the checkout. You will receive a confirmation email after payment.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Is my payment secure?

    Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers.

Tickets & Delivery

  • When will I receive my tickets?

    In most cases, tickets are sent instantly after booking. Some experiences may be delivered closer to the service date.

  • Where can I find my tickets?

    Your tickets will be sent to your email or provided via a link after purchase.

  • Can I show my ticket on my phone?

    Yes. Most tickets are mobile-friendly and can be scanned directly from your device.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    Cancellation policies vary by experience. Please check the product page for specific terms.

  • Can I change the date or time?

    Changes depend on the supplier and availability. Many bookings cannot be modified after confirmation.

  • What happens if I miss my booking?

    Missed bookings are usually considered used and are non-refundable.

During Your Experience

  • Do I need to print my ticket?

    No. In most cases, mobile tickets are accepted.

  • What time should I arrive?

    We recommend arriving at least 15โ€“30 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • Are skip-the-line tickets fully queue-free?

    Skip-the-line tickets allow you to bypass ticket purchase lines. Security checks may still require waiting.

Account & Booking Management

  • Can I manage my booking online?

    For some experiences, you may receive a link to manage your booking or select time slots.

  • I didnโ€™t receive my ticket. What should I do?

    Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us.
