• For the Penguin Passport experience, wear/bring socks. Failure to do so may result in the tour being cancelled.

• Smoking and drinking are not allowed inside the aquarium.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets, except guide dogs, cannot tag along for this experience.

• It is prohibited to bring any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, or other articles which may cause injury.

• The climbing of or standing upon railings, barriers, or structures is strictly prohibited.

• For the Penguin Passport experience, guests must not come into contact with birds 24 hours prior.

• No jewellery, watches, mobile phones or cameras can be taken on the Penguin Passport experience.

• For the Penguin Passport experience, guests with flu, cold, gastro/respiration infection within 48 hours of their experience must contact the venue and reschedule their visit.
